As a renaissance woman, activist, and critical thinker for the 21st Century my career is illuminated by my passions in life Parental Efficacy, Fatherhood Initiatives, Women's Empowerment and Health, Spiritual Development, and the Professional Development of Early Childhood Educators. I began my journey within Division of Child as Support Enforcement Officer whose work wasn't just collections, but empowering the parents to pay their child support. Since my formative years in government services my work has centered on the creating a holistic ecosystem for a child's sustainable development through family education, spiritual development, and empowerment. 

Currently, I work with families who have child support issues on creating healthy parenting lifestyles. I also support initiatives in education reform for early learning practitioners. Another tier of my work is in spiritual development of families to increase their resiliency as an intervention to adverse experiences. I am currently working as ECE adjunct faculty for Highline College and Renton Technical Community College while broadening my business horizons.
